Grand Theft Auto V Review: Addictive Gangsta World

Already legendary long-expected episode of GTA universe. Now even better, cooler and more interesting and difficult. You play multiple characters in this criminal city. You try to rule the gang empire and try not to be killed by the same as you broken people. Enjoy exciting and difficult tasks, steal and drive cars, explore the gigantic map. You can download Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC (Microsoft Windows) and play online.

Graphics: 4

GTA 5 looks like its previous parts when it was cartoon-like 3D animation. But it’s improved to closer to reality graphics. The characters look like humans, they have different face and body features, you can change their hair and clothes throughout the game. The cars now are better looking and more expensive with the same moving engine as before (in Vice City for example). The houses are also closer to reality, and you can go inside them more often.

Gameplay: 5

You begin this game with the death thrill right away and get sunk to that criminal universe of GTA. It’s a quest, action, shooter and racing game all in one. Not too easy game but the more you try, the more you succeed. You play as 3 players in single player mode (Franklin, Michael, and Trevor) and up to 30 characters online. You can experience the life of a drug addict, a banker, a gangster, and many more roles. You can switch between them at any moment of the game. Your characters can interact with other people and places, you have main missions, and you can have small on the side tasks to do. As always you can die in the GTA world, wake up at the hospital and start over. The game has the main plot and idea, all the missions lead to that, but you don’t have to do that, and there’s no timing so you can just sit back and enjoy walking around this huge city of San Andreas.

Controls: 4

In this Grand Theft Auto V review, let’s talk only about PS controls. Basically, you’ll need your movements buttons, run if you need, but mostly your interact button. GTA has always been easy to control and to play, except for driving - there’s always too much of acceleration and sensitivity going on. Especially it’s difficult to control piloting - your aim in the chopper is unstable, and it’s difficult to maintain the same altitude.

Replay Value: 5

How can you not go back and continue playing GTA? Its world is so massive and various, you can experience so many things in it that you can't in real life (going to a strip bar and touch the girls for example). So take your time, don’t hurry with completing main missions. Explore each building, find secret locations and find pleasure from completing small tasks on the side.

The Bottom Line

It’s always fun to play not as yourself, especially if you’re a law-abiding citizen. GTA V is truly the best part of GTA games line by Rockstar Games - the biggest, the coolest, most entertaining. You’ll lose yourself in this game for a long time. You’ll be stressed out and kill your nerves with all the missions and the things you can do here. Steal cars, kill trespassers, hook up with random girls - live your life as you want to.
